Community Manager (Turkish) at Ahoy Games

As a community manager at Ahoy Games, you will be communicating with mainly the Turkish players of our games: Okey, 101 Okey and Backgammon Legends and English speaking users for Backgammon Legends and Rummy Club games.

Daily responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints via multiple channels (i.e. email, facebook)
  • Reply to reviews on Google Play and Apple App Store
  • Review the game content uploaded by the players
  • Collect feedback from customers for our games
  • Provide testers and the development team with info about problems the customers are having
  • Take the extra mile to keep players engaged!

Required skills

  • Native Turkish Speaker.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Being good at communicating with people and resolving problems intelligently.
  • Being familiar with games and loving games.
  • Being self motivated, creative and innovative.
