Logging in using Facebook has many benefits you can enjoy:

  • You never lose your game progress;
  • You can play with your Facebook friends;
  • You may set your Facebook profile picture as your avatar in the game;
  • Thanks to that, you can play on multiple devices using the same account.

This option applies only to the players who are logged in through Facebook. You can’t restore your purchases if you have a guest account. It means that if you log in the game on a different device or re-install the game, it is possible to bring back all the in-game purchases you’ve made.

Go to SETTINGS, where you’ll find the USER SETTINGS section and the blue RESTORE PURCHASES button. Tap it and all your in-game purchases will be restored.

Go to SETTINGS, where you’ll find the USER SETTINGS section and the COIN LOGS button. Tap it and you’ll see a detailed report indicating when and how many coins you spent or collected, as well as how it affected your account.

You can check it on your profile as well! Tap your avatar and select the COIN LOGS button.

Go to SETTINGS, where you’ll find the ACCOUNT section and the RESTORE OLD ACCOUNTS  button.

In order to do that, you have to generate an authentication token. Go to SETTINGS, where you’ll find the ACCOUNT section and tap the USE TOKEN button if you already generated one.

If not, tap the GENERATE TOKEN button. You’ll receive a code that you need to enter on the other device. Then, tap the TAKE CONTROL button.

If you change your mind, you can always restore your old accounts.

You need to remember that while transferring accounts your coins collected on both accounts do not add up.

Yes. Tap the avatar icon located in the upper left corner of the screen. Then, select CUSTOMIZE AVATAR or tap the pencil icon.

Feel free to change sex, head/skin, hair, face, accessories, glasses, and hats! You can also select your country so that other players know where you’re playing from.
